Thanks for asking, I had to go to a recent email to find out for myself, to quote Mark: My official role as a Peace Corps volunteer is to work in youth development in a small rural community, El Alto del Aguacate.  However, I’ve been working more and more over the past year with a communal water association in the nearby town of Corinto.  We put together a project to purify and bottle water, with the aim of creating an additional revenue source for the association.  We got a donated water purification system from one NGO, and $5,000 to help pay for the costs of drilling a well from another.  --Dietrich

Since my son Mark is a Peace Corps worker in El Salvador (finally coming home in May), and since I am part of a High Point Church (the one in Madison, WI), I naturally had to view this view, then forward it to Mark.  Thanks for your good work there, James.--Dietrich
