Welcome to the Missional Outreach Network! My name is James Nored, and I am the creator and founder of this network. The site is designed as a resource and community for individuals and churches seeking to reach out by seeking the lost, serving the community, and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. You might also be interested in The Story of Redemption, an evangelistic Bible study that I have written for today's postmodern culture. The video below makes up Part 2 of the NEW VIDEO VERSION of this Story of Redemption series, which God has used to lead hundreds of people to faith. What is the Missional Church?

The word “missional” comes from the word “missio,” which means “sent.” In John 20:21, Jesus said to his disciples, "Just as the Father has sent me, I am sending you."” A missional church is a church that sees mission as being not just one part of what the church does. Instead, the church’s mission shapes and forms its identity, lifestyle, strategy, priorities, spending, leadership, structure, and decision-making and has a focus on missional outreach. This mission is based upon the life and mission of Christ: seeking the lost, serving the community, and sharing the good news, the story of redemption. These three elements form a road map and guide for "missional outreach." Click below to learn more about:
