How important is rightly understanding the trinity related to an effective missional approach?

I see mission as trinitarian in the following way:

1. Election by God the Father - Countless millions brought back God Ephesians 1:4, Revelations 7:9

by means of:

A New Heart Ezek 36:26
A clean Record Ezek 36:25
A Holy Life Ezek 36:27

2. Redemption by God the Son

Union - The old heart destroyed on the cross (Rom 6:6) and the new heart raised from the grave (1 Pet 1:3)
Substitution - Sins paid in death and righteousness provided by life (Isaiah 53, John 10:14,15, 2 Cor 5:21)
Source - Holiness Provided (John 15:5, Phil 4:13)

3. Renewal by God the Holy Spirit

Rebirth - the gift of the new heart by the gospel (1 Pet 1:23) evidenced in repentance and faith (Acts 20:21), a thirst for pardon and holiness (Matt 5:6) and to that end calls on the name of the Lord (Acts 2:21, Rom 10:13)

What I would like to open for discussion is how we as human beings can join in God's Mission in the lives of people in Election, Redemption, and Renewal?
