Hi Kenneth. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. God bless you for seeking to reach out to your co-workers! Some things that I recommend include:
Find ways to bless these co-workers' lives. Go out of your way to serve them. This itself will be so noteworthy that they may ask why you are so nice.
Tell a co-worker that you will be praying later that evening and ask them if there is anything that you can pray for them. They will again be surprised at this request. They may not give you anything to pray for, but they may. And certainly, they will not be offended. This may open doors into their lives.
Use permission evangelism. After serving them and praying for them, ask if you might be able to share how God has worked in your life. Your own story is the one story that you can share without offense.
Ask them if they are interested in going through an eight-week Bible study that tells the overall story of the Bible. Then go through the Story of Redemption with them. www.storyofredemption.com
If you are looking for a shorthand gospel presentation, click here. With most people, this is better to do after blessing them and asking to pray for them.
