We practice the Lord's Supper in the context of a meal, much like I suspect the early Christians did. Our experience is also much more communal and conversational as opposed to introspective and meditative.
John Mark Hick's book Come to the Table has been pretty influential in my understanding and practice of the Supper.

Dear Bro.Lynn S,.Nored. Good to hear about you. I am NT CHURCH preacher in India and also All India Radio Speaker for NT Doctrine for the last 11 years. I have three children older son did his B.Tech in Mechanical engineering one daughter is doing her B.A English and the last one is doing his B.Tech in Mechanical. They are also attending International confrence for the last two to three years. I am glad to say that all of my family members are being baptized. And we have having the church with 40 + members. Every year we are conducting the Lectureships. This years theme is SO GREAT SALVATION from the book of Hebrews.
Dad, you will probably want to invite your "friends" on this network at least into the "Why do we do church . . ." group. Go to that group, and there you will see an invite function. When you invite from inside the group, it invites people directly to that group.
Very much so, Colt has alot of questions about our family.I know he would really enjoy talking to you and Martha. Both Danny and David are customers of mine now and when David gets settled in we are going to have lunch with them so Colt can meet them also.
