"That is great, Mike! Love to hear stories of people coming to faith. Someone leaving Judaism to be baptized--that is amazing. A Jew who is baptized is thought of as being dead by most of his or her Jewish friends and relatives."

Mike Eppinette

I am the Director of Development for Continent of Great Cities.
I have 6 cheerleaders in my family. My wife Donna loves Genesis Alliance and its mission. My son Ryan (23) is a mechanical engineer in Little Rock who spent six great weeks in Brazil this last Summer with LST. My daughter Lauren (21) has done medical mission work in Mexico. I have 3 more of God's servants still in training at home. They are Hannah (16), Megan (14) and Cristin (11). Donna has homeschooled all five children from the beginning. She is a champion among God's ladies. They share me just about every weekend with the Kingdom as I share the great news of just how close we are to spreading the gospel to the entire planet. I get to look into the faces of brethren with whom I will spend eternity every week. I look forward to visiting with any of my good friends here on MON.

Online Giving

Posted on November 4, 2009 at 8:34am 0 Comments

After about 4 months of research and submitting paperwork and even being investigated by the financial entities involved, Genesis Alliance has online giving available. I am very impressed by the amount of detail and security involved in having this opportunity made available on our website. We long to see our friends help us evangelize the Latino communities across this great land. 45 million Latinos live in the United States and are among the most receptive cultures to the gospel in the world.… Continue

High Pointe, McKinney TX

Posted on August 3, 2009 at 4:27pm 2 Comments

I am very excited about the opportunity to speak at the High Pointe church in McKinney, TX this Wednesday night. (August 5, 2009 7:00 p.m.) Ephesians 3:10 will be my text. I will present how the church is God's choice to bring his plans to fruition and that He might ultimately receive the glory that is due him. He will reach "through" us to reach the world. Remember the word "through". And when the world is reached He will be glorified and we rejoice because of the word "through". Please be… Continue

Genesis Alliance

I thought I would make my public announcement here on MON as I find myself surrounded with many friends. After a natural partnership formed between World Radio and Genesis Alliance, I found a new friend and associate in Sixto Rivera. Sixto has a feverish and contagious attitude and passion for the Kingdom and its growth. On July 1, 2009, I am making the move over to Genesis Alliance as the Director of Development. My passion for World Radio will never wane while a new and greater challenge… Continue

http://www.10news.com/news/19562217/detail.html This is a disturbing story about a small group study. A local DJ mentioned this in the morning news and I had a hard time believing it until I checked it out. The story showed up on Drudgereport this morning.

Mike, you can click here to quickly set up an event for the Genesis Alliance dinner. From there you can post this to Facebook, and it will also allow you to pull invitations from your email address book. It is really a great tool.

If you post it, I'll also broadcast the dinner out to all of our MON members and put on my Facebook and the MON Facebook page.

Richard Blaisdell from the Buckingham Rd. Church of Christ in Garland is up here at High Pointe today checking out our food pantry. There are a ton of Latinos who come through this. I will set up a meeting with us together to talk about GA.

Mike, you can now use MON to update your Facebook status. Please try these things out:
1. Go to your My Page. At the top is a status update. Type in a status, and then click the Facebook box. This will send your status out to MON and out to Facebook.

2. You can post any existing blog post, picture, video, etc. on MON on Facebook by clicking the Facebook icon under each post, picture, etc.

3. Go to the Genesis Alliance group page. Enter in a discussion update. Then, when you post it, click the Facebook icon and it should post on your Facebook page.

Can you try these out? This is an awesome feature that can really help spread the word on GA and other great missional works. Thanks!

Thanks for creating the Celebrate Recovery group. How does CR relate to your work at "Genesis Alliance" and church planting? I'm asking because our church is basically putting on CR as a "gift" to the community (we're a small town setting). While we hope some will join our fellowship as a result, I believe we'll be serving members/attendees at other churches and we plan to use volunteers from other churches if they can work within our context.
