Hi guys. After studying the Story of Redemption tonight, Kurt Tegge has decided to make Jesus Lord of his life and be baptized. The baptism will be tomorrow night at 8:15 PM at the High Pointe Church of Christ. Praise God! We are just thrilled at Kurt's decision. This is the third baptism from our small group, after Haley Smallwood and her daughter Tyler Anderson. God is at work!

Everyone is invited to come out to the baptism tomorrow night. If you are able, please come out and celebrate this moment with Kurt, Nicole, and their son, Jack.

Thank you to everyone for your prayers. They have made all the difference in the world.

Hi guys. Tonight I have a Bible study with Kurt and Nicole Tegge, talking about baptism. Nicole has been baptized, but Kurt has not. Please pray for him and for me as I share the good news with him. The study is at 7 PM tonight. Thank you!

It looks like they will be taking Alex Thomas to Parkland in Dallas tonight for his surgery.

I just got a text from Margie Thomas. Mike and Margie's son, Alex, was injured at football practice today. He was taken to McKinney Medical and is there now. They will be transferring him (not sure when or where) to have surgery.

Please pray for Alex and go by and see Alex if you can today.

Mike and Margie are our neighbors. If we can reach out to this family, I know it will be very impactful for their lives.

Margie's email address is margt66@earthlink.net.

Ms Dale need your prayers Looking for Job I received your contact information from Eric Asante, who is a dear friend of mine. I am a US citizen, volunteering in Sierra Leone. I have a strong desire to come to South Africa and work. Eric implied that you might be able to assist me in obtaining a position in South Africa.

I have served as a manager for over 15 years in private industry, government and non-government organizations. Many of my employees have considered me to be an excellent manager due to my personal commitment to the growth and dedication of an organization. As a manager I take the necessary time to ensure that each one of my employees are equipped with the skills needed to implement their program successfully. This includes monitoring and analyzing the impact the employees are having within the program/project, while providing necessary feedback.

Over the years I have produced financial reports for donors, congress and senior managers. I have remarkable skills in preparing projections for budgeted activities and monitoring expenditures and making necessary adjustments. These skills have been developed in each management position I have held from Business Development Director to Director of Finance. Working for Save the Children I gain experience with USAID funding and ensuring that my programs met donor requirements and I was able to participate in a peer review for additional funding and the closure of a project. I am a proven capacity building manager by conducting training with physicians, health care facilities, partners, and indigenous NGOs. At save the Children in S. Sudan, I reviewed and updated the safety and security plan and briefed all employees on the security plan for the area. My communication skills are excellent, partners with SC have submitted reference letters commenting on my
professional and personal communication skills (these reference letters will be provided upon request). I am committed with humanitarian efforts across the world. After hurricane Katrina in my home town I worked diligently to get a local hospital up and running as the lead person, I developed policies and procedures, hired and trained employees, and secured funding for operations. I have volunteered and worked in post conflict areas and understand the needs and I am committed to the capacity building of developing countries. I am very sensitive to culture differences and each community/village I have worked in I have learned the local language and assisted with community events to show my commitment to the community in which I work and live. My Masters degree is in management which I am have skills with Microsoft Office applications.

If you have a position in which my skills and knowledge will benefit, please email me or contact me at +23276236012.

Sincerely,

Ms. Dale Clayton
