Here is an article, "10 Characteristics of a Good Leader." Here are Ron Edmonson's marks:

1. Recognizes the value in other people, so continually invests in others
2. Shares information with those in the organization
3. Has above average character
4. Uses their influence for the good of others
5. Is skillful and competent
6. Not afraid for others to succeed (even greater than their own success)
7. Serves others expecting nothing in return
8. Continues to learn
9. Remains accessible, approachable, and accountable to others
10. Is visionary: Thinks for the organization beyond today

Which of these characteristics is the hardest to have? Also, which of these most closely resembles biblical values?

Dear brother ,
thank you for this . you added here unique Characteristics of a leader . I will try to apply what i lack in my life .every character is meaningful and important for a leader .
Jayaraj, you clearly have a lot of leadership ability and potential. You are hard working, a learner, an equipper of others, an encourager, and you love the Lord and the lost. It is a blessing to know you. Keep up the great work--and become an even better leader so that even more people can be reached for God.
