By the way, if you have not done so already, you can invite people to the conference using your email address from your address book. It is a great way to let people know about the conference and get RSVPs.

I see that you are speaking on missional leadership at the conference. That is great! What sources are you drawing from?

Monte Cox is strong theologically and missionally focused. And I'm a big fan of church planting. I'm planning on coming up in April to help with one of Kairos' discovery labs. We should talk soon about working on a Missional Outreach Seminar for you guys while I'm up there and see if we can make this work.
